Dear Future Sponsor,
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Life Chats, Exposing Our Roots: A Real Dialogue Between Africans & African Americans. This 4-Part Series is meant to inspire, educate and strengthen relationships within the black community. Sessions will include panel discussions with local and state businesses and representatives, professionals both African & African Americans willing to share their experiences with others in an effort to form a bridge of love and cultural awareness. There will also be entertainment from local artists, as well as, merchandise and food from local restaurants and vendors.
As a sponsor, you will enjoy the benefits of spreading your message across several media platforms including our radio station Magic 104.9 with over 100K+ listeners, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, postcards and handouts. It’s an awesome way to introduce your services to a broader audience. Monies will be used to increase social media presence, marketing within the community, stipends for guest speakers, entertainment, food, giftbags and prizes. Silver Level receives Hundred Dollar Holler.
Gold Level gets Choice of Hundred Dollar Holler or 1 3-minute Segment Break plus, Life Chats Show Sponsorship.
Platinum gets Hundred Dollar Holler, 1 3-minute Segment Break, Show Sponsorship, HUG Challenge Sponsorship and Title Sponsorship.

- Radio Shout Out will be announced in months of March through end of April.
- Hundred Dollar Holler must be set up between March 1-April 30, 2020. (first come/first serve)
- All interviews must be set up between March 1-April 30, 2020. (first come/first serve)
- All SHOW & HUG sponsorships must be set up between March 1-April 30, 2020.
- Event Title Signage like (logos) will be included on printed materials or signs during actual event.
- NO interviews will be held on Thursdays of March 19-April 9.

- Sponship dollars or tickets must be purchased in increments of 20 divided by total amount.
- 25% of all sponsorship proceeds will be donated to GRAAMA.
